Dave Yoho Associates will follow the federal laws and guidelines implemented by the CDC and the city of New Orleans.

Effective January 12, 2022, the city of New Orleans imposed an indoor mask mandate. Masks will be required in all indoor spaces for all individuals, both vaccinated and unvaccinated. As a result, masks will be required at the Home Improvement Profitability Summit.

Currently, there is no proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test requirement for attending the Summit or staying at the Sheraton New Orleans. However, please note that the city of New Orleans requires proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours to access indoor dining, indoor fitness, and indoor entertainment spaces or performances.

We remain in contact with the city of New Orleans and local health officials for updates and guidance. We will keep you apprised of any changes to our health and safety program moving forward. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our policy to meet the requirements of the CDC and the city of New Orleans.

Dave Yoho Associates recognizes the current climate, and as such we are modifying our traditional ticketing policy:

  • As an attendee, you are protected if the Summit is cancelled for any reason. Regardless of the date of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your investment.
  • You are entitled to transfer your tickets to the Summit to another individual, for any reason, up to 10 days before the program.
  • If you have a medical condition or are ill, we will allow you to use your ticket(s) to attend a future Dave Yoho Associates seminar.
