He joined Dave Yoho Associates after 20+ years in management at a substantial window retail operation which averaged annual sales of $10 million to $12 million in the high-end window and siding category. Rick McIntire started selling newspaper subscriptions door to door at the age of 11 and has been in sales, sales management and or executive management his entire professional career.

Before joining Dave Yoho he spent 12 years with one of the largest home improvement companies in the US. He launched numerous retail operations in both medium and large markets, he managed a region of 7 cities and owned interest in a $8-10 million medium size market of his own. He is a dynamic, high energy speaker and trainer who has a lasting impact on everyone he works with.

His experience includes the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Brian Elias is founder and president of 1-800HANSONS, DontGo, several incubating software ventures and a potpourri of businesses, including a maze company and a large domain reseller. Elias established his reputation as a brilliant entrepreneur by founding 1-800-HANSONS and building it into a $75 million home improvement and remodeling company headquartered in Troy, MI. Elias started the company in 1988 and has grown it to be one of the 10 largest home improvement companies in the US, employing more than 500 people. Elias was named The Fred Case Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012, primarily for the advances he has achieved in technology, which include computerized canvassing, mobile appointment setting and a 1-800HANSONS monitoring station or ‘command center.’ He recently sold his business and will be speaking on the subject of business acquisition.

Murray Gross is the former Chairman and CEO of US Home Systems (Dallas, TX). USHS specialized in the sale of cabinet refacing. They operated with 42 offices in the United States, approximately 350 salespeople and had a marketing center in Boca Raton, FL. They were a public corporation with revenues of $190 million (average contract of $8500). The company was an SFI outlet for Home Depot in over 1,900 of their stores. Their products were manufactured in their own factory. Mr. Gross was formerly president of Facelifters, a public corporation, acting as an SFI for Sears and producing revenues in excess of $60 million prior to being acquired in 1996.
