Before joining Dave Yoho he spent 12 years with one of the largest home improvement companies in the US. He launched numerous retail operations in both medium and large markets, he managed a region of 7 cities and owned interest in a $8-10 million medium size market of his own. Eric Spiegel

Eric Spiegel has spent the last 16 years in the home improvement industry in a number of executive leadership and ownership positions, and is widely recognized as one of the best sales trainers on the West Coast in the home improvement industry. Eric began his career after graduating with an MBA from The University of Phoenix with Public Storage as the national sales manager running their 400 seat call center. Since 2002 Eric has been in a number of management roles within the home improvement industry with renowned companies such as United Home Remodeling and California Deluxe Windows. Looking for ways to increase demo percentages and initial visit sales, Eric adopted the same concept used for years in the timeshare industry, and began utilizing travel incentives to motivate clients to sit for the appointments, and incentivize them to buy on the initial visit. These techniques helped raise sales dramatically and reduced cancellation over 20%. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from San Diego State University, and an MBA from The University of Phoenix’s Executive Management Program.
